I'm glad to know you. I've lived in the same house for about 8 years and love the lot - big trees. I also love having a single story house in a world of double-deckers. My wife and I would love to build our own house someday, but we've been slowly updating our present house (built in the early 80's). I'll have to save up and purchase your book.
