Mr. Hirsch, nice of you to visit my site. I'm glad to know you. I've lived in the same house for about 8 years and love the lot - big trees. I also love having a single story house in a world of double-deckers. My wife and I would love to build our own house someday, but we've been slowly updating our present house (built in the early 80's). I'll have to save up and purchase your book. It looks very interesting and applicable to our dream. Thanks again!
